Every donor belongs in the portfolio

Giving Pipeline exists to help nonprofits keep, grow and win back the people who fund their mission, with a clear next step for every relationship.

Why we built it

Small development teams don't lack data. They lack time. A typical rescue or community nonprofit has years of giving history in its database and one or two people trying to decide, every morning, who to thank, who to ask and who is slipping away.

We built Philanthropy Portfolio to make that decision for them, in a way they can see and trust. It treats donors the way a good financial advisor treats a portfolio: every holding has a current value, future potential and a plan.

Nobody is written off. A donor who stopped giving three years ago still has a place, a recovery score and a next step.

What we believe

  • Relationships, not wealth. Our scores measure how connected someone is, not how rich they are.
  • One clear action beats ten reports. Every screen should answer “what should I do next?”
  • Small gifts are not small donors. A $10-a-month supporter can be worth more over time than a single large gift.
  • Your data stays yours. Isolated, never pooled, never sold.

Giving Pipeline and Philanthropy Portfolio

Giving Pipeline is the company. Philanthropy Portfolio™ is the software we make, and the method behind it. When you hear from us by email, it comes from Giving Pipeline. When your team signs in, it's to Philanthropy Portfolio.

Based in Arizona

We started alongside animal-welfare organizations in Arizona and work with nonprofits wherever they are.
